About Location3

Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

We are creating a Talent Coordinator seat to keep hiring moving. You would be the person who makes the process feel professional to every candidate who touches it.

This is an entry-level role working directly with the Director of Finance and Administration, and a route into human resources, recruiting or people operations.

What you will own

● Recruiting coordination. Interview scheduling, candidate communication, applicant tracking system records, and follow-up with hiring managers

● Job descriptions and postings. Keeping descriptions current with hiring managers, posting to the career site, applicant tracking system, LinkedIn and job boards, and converting descriptions into candidate-facing postings

● Interview process administration. Scheduling across candidate and interviewer calendars, logistics, and chasing timely feedback after each stage

● Offer, pre-employment and onboarding support. Offer letter preparation, background and reference checks, new hire documentation, and first-day readiness

● HR and administrative support. Reporting on open roles, pipeline status and onboarding progress, and handling confidential candidate and employee information

How you will be measured

Time to fill and time to schedule against the hiring plan. Candidate experience: responsiveness and consistency from application through decision. Accuracy and currency of applicant tracking system records and onboarding checklists.

What we are looking for

● Entry level. One to two years in human resources, recruiting coordination or administrative support. Applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn and the Microsoft stack preferred. BreezyHR familiarity a plus

● Understands that scheduling and follow-through are what make a hiring process feel professional to a candidate

● Wants to build a career in human resources, talent acquisition or people operations

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

$52,000 to $68,000 base depending on experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.

Medical, dental and vision cover. A 401(k) with company match. Wellbeing stipends, paid time off, and support for remote working.

Hiring timeline

Applications are open now and close at 5:00pm Mountain Time on Monday 12 October 2026.

We review every application that week and will be in touch by Friday 16 October if we would like to take your application further. Interviews take place the week of 19 October and are held in person at our Glendale office.
