About the Role: 

Join webAI’s Growth Team as our first dedicated Swift Engineer. In this role, you’ll be a driving force behind rapid experimentation and innovation across all conversion points in our customer journey. Your passion for shipping daily, learning quickly from market feedback, and iterating on every aspect of the user experience will power our growth engine. As a founding member of this team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape its direction and lead through both mindset and execution. Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with product and design teams to execute high-impact experiments and iterate on existing user experiences. 
• Quickly develop, ship, and refine features across the customer journey from acquisition to retention and referral. 
• Instrument the customer journey to effectively measure user success and inform future experiments.
• Participate in user discovery sessions together with Product to understand customer problems and potential solutions. 
• Effectively hand off complex problems to Application, Platform, or AI engineering teams when necessary, keeping focus on growth objectives. 
• Collaborate with Application, Platform, and AI teams to improve, extend, and add intelligence to features. 
• Lead and encourage a culture of outcome-driven development with a focus on product metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 5+ years in developing sophisticated iOS applications in Swift and SwiftUI 
• Familiarity with Xcode, Instruments, and other iOS development tools. 
• Work with backend teams (Rust, Go) to integrate cross-language functionalities.
• Solid experience with network protocols (WSS, MQTT) 
• A mindset finely tuned for experimentation, rapid iteration, and outcome-driven development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and executing immediate value-adds. 
• Ability to inspire and mentor through leadership, with a natural penchant for collaboration and communication. 
• Excitement for being a foundational team member, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
