Job Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the maintenance, and strategic development of our newly built manufacturing facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring this greenfield facility runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with our environmental goals.
You will lead internal teams and coordinate with external service providers-including security, janitorial, and waste management-to maintain a clean, secure, and high-performing environment. As the facility's sustainability champion, you will drive initiatives that reduce energy consumption, minimize waste, and promote green practices across all operations.
Your responsibilities:
  • Supervise facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for security, waste management, janitorial, and other outsourced services
  • Support in sustainability efforts, including energy efficiency programs, recycling initiatives, and environmental compliance
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Support commisioning, ramp-up, and continious improvement of facitliy operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Monitor facility budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EHS, production, and engineering

Your qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engeineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and managing service contracts
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and green building operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
