This position will serve as the primary liaison between K+S Services and the customer on all day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone with an inquisitive, can-do attitude, excellent social skills, and strong attention to detail.

This position will be located at a customer site in Pueblo, CO.

What You’ll Do:
Maintain and build relationships with key plant personnel from maintenance, purchasing and engineering to provide quality customer service
Set up and execute spare parts strategy with customer, focusing on repairs vs. replacing with new
Ship, receive, and expedite orders as needed
Manage internal "STAMP" database, ensuring accuracy and integrity
Process repair order approvals daily
Oversee and inventory repairable assets
Create reports to measure performance against corporate measurables (on-time delivery, cost savings, quality, inventory, warranty, etc.)
Actively participate in plant-sponsored initiatives, meetings, and activities
Establish regular meeting cadence with plant decision makers
Work with the customers to improve their reliability and introduce cost-saving initiatives
Help solve customer problems and keep industry running!

What We Need from You:
5+ years of manufacturing and/or maintenance experience is preferred
Mechanical background and understanding of technical drawings and machinery is a plus
Strong communication skills – ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and position requires a lot of walking
Experience operating a forklift is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to quickly grasp customer software
Strong problem-solving abilities and solution-focused mindset
