Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic Staff Business Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of a new high profile strategic initiative. This is not a traditional coordination role; it is a high-impact position for a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, influence business decisions, and drive complex workstreams to completion.
As a Staff-level contributor, you will act as a "force multiplier" for the program, ensuring that our strategic vision is translated into flawless execution across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive multiple high-priority workstreams for the new initiative; you will be responsible for the "big picture" health of the program, ensuring all teams are aligned and moving toward common milestones
  • Act as the bridge between departments; you will help teams identify their use cases, document functional requirements, and ensure that what we build aligns with our business goals
  • Develop and deliver high-fidelity, executive-level presentations; you must be able to distill complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Facilitate stand-ups and weekly status calls; you aren't just taking notes; you are identifying blockers, challenging assumptions, and driving the team toward decisions
  • Proactively identify program risks and cross-functional dependencies; you will develop mitigation strategies and ensure that potential "bottlenecks" are addressed before they impact the timeline
  • Provide the framework and data-driven logic to help stakeholders make critical "go/no-go" decisions regarding program features and launch strategies

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Program Management (Staff-level experience preferred)

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to "manage up" and influence executive stakeholders
  • Mastery of deck-building (Google Slides) and project/operations tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Airtable, or similar)
  • Experience in wireless, or telecommunications is a significant plus
  • You don't wait for a checklist; you see a gap in a process or a looming risk and you move to solve it immediately
  • You have the ability to look at a complex program and simplify it; you ask the "why" behind the "what"
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift; you remain the "calm in the storm" during high-stakes launches
  • You approach problems like a partner, helping teams find the best path forward rather than just reporting on their progress

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
