- Develop an optimized GTM roadmap to significantly reduce time-to-market for episodic campaigns.
- Drive measurable improvements in cross-functional launch timelines by harmonizing efforts between Creative, Brand, and Sales Ops teams.
- Foster a culture of high performance by setting clear KPIs and providing consistent coaching to your direct reports.
- Achieve departmental OKRs by providing leadership with clear, data-driven insights on ROI and business performance for every major launch.
- Ensure business goals are consistently met through the proactive strategizing of key marketing plays with national and local partners.
- Leverage AI-driven productivity tools to automate process tracking and identify meaningful cost-reduction opportunities across the marketing lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience.
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
- Go-To-Market strategy and project management execution.
- Direct people management or leading professional-level teams.
- Analyzing national and local marketing campaigns.
- Cross-functional team leadership and process optimization.
