Job Description:
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead strategic, high-volume recruitment initiatives focused on attracting top-tier technical talent. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to building strong talent pipelines and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You will partner closely with business leaders and external networks to ensure talent acquisition strategies align with organizational goals. You'll use data, creativity, and deep industry knowledge to attract and hire top-tier talent at scale.Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
Technical Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Design high-volume technical recruiting initiatives to meet hiring goals across various technical infrastructure teams.
- Build and manage technical talent pipelines for current and future openings, with a focus on hard-to-fill and niche skill sets.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, tech meetups, talent pools, online communities, and referral networks.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including coding bootcamps, technical schools, and specialized staffing firms.
- Engage talent via social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, Discord) and maintain a strong employer brand across digital channels.
- Utilize the latest recruiting tools, platforms, and AI-driven technologies to maximize reach and efficiency in sourcing.
High-Volume Recruitment & Stakeholder Partnership
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, technical assessments, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication, speed, and transparency.
- Assess candidate qualifications through resume reviews, technical interviews, and skills assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, role requirements, and culture fit.
- Coordinate structured interviews and feedback loops across multiple hiring teams.
- Use data and metrics to track performance, report progress, and optimize recruiting effectiveness.
- Maintain regular reporting and updates for key stakeholders on pipeline health and hiring status.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team to ensure seamless handoff and onboarding for new hires.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate quality.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong background in high-volume recruitment.
- Deep understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology across software, infrastructure, data, cloud and DevOps domains.
- Proven ability to manage 15+ open reqs at various stages, simultaneously, while providing excellent customer service.
- Strong sourcing skills, especially for passive tech talent, using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Experience working with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of employment law.
- Attitude of innovation and demonstrated ability to remain nimble within a fast-paced, complex environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $85,000.00- $100,000.00. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
