Job Summary

Directly supports communication strategy, planning and execution for Comcast Business; Sales & Marketing; and Tech Ops & Engineering functions within the West Division. Responsible for development and distribution of communication materials as part of larger strategic plans and campaigns. Assist with the creation of communication strategy and plans that support initiatives across three customer-facing functions with a focus on engagement. Interact regularly with senior executives and cross-functional business partners. Must be comfortable providing project leadership and expert communications consult, as well as owning appropriate projects from start to finish with limited oversight. Possesses in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in communications discipline. Able to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and assess prioritization of projects.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, distribute, and measure communication tactics and assets across myriad internal communication platforms, all in support of comm strategies for Comcast Business; Sales & Marketing; and Tech Ops & Engineering.
  • Support strategy development for communication needs across three customer-facing functions.
  • Manages the organization, documentation and publication of content for Internal Communications.
  • Reviews and edits content of materials to ensure content meets established communications standards and guidelines before publication. Ensures prior approvals are coordinated and obtained prior to any document dissemination.
  • Maintains existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Create and distribute metrics reports of large-scale communication campaigns, providing actionable insight to ensure optimal communications performance.
  • Support company-wide and functional meetings and events.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform your work.
  • Engage proactively with the entire team to develop insightful and breakthrough campaigns
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Develop high proficiency in West Division Internal Communication tools and platforms, including but not limited to Sharepoint, EmailOpen and ComcastNow.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $75,615.25 - $113,422.87

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Education

Bachelor's Degree
