Meet the Moment with Alteryx

We're living through a once-in-a-generation shift in how work gets done. Data, automation, and AI are quickly becoming the center of every business decision - and Alteryx is leading the transformation.

You'll be working on the challenges that sit at the heart of modern business. No matter your role, the work you do will help organizations move faster, see more clearly, and tackle questions that used to feel impossible.

If you're ready to meet the moment with innovation, curiosity, and excellence, there's a place for you here.

This role is for a program/project manager who is genuinely fluent in how B2B marketing, sales, and revenue operations work together — someone who can sit in a room with Sales, RevOps, SDR, and Marketing leaders, understand the funnel and pipeline mechanics they're each accountable for, and drive the cross-functional discipline needed to close gaps between them. This is not a generalist project-management role: it requires real operating fluency in GTM motions, not just process facilitation.

Initially about one-third to one-half of this role's time will be dedicated to serving as the dedicated program/project manager for Alteryx's cross-functional Pipeline Health & Growth concentration, in close partnership with the SVP of Demand Generation. Over time, this role will also take on new projects/programs as needed and will be expected to help Marketing build a more consistent framework for managing priorities and work — administering tools like Asana and Confluence and introducing lightweight agile practices where they genuinely help. That broader mandate will grow as bandwidth allows.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the Pipeline Health & Growth Committee

  • Serve as the dedicated project/program manager for the cross-functional Pipeline Health & Growth Committee: own the cadence, agenda, action-item tracking, and follow-through.

  • Bring working fluency in the lead-to-opportunity journey, pipeline waterfall, funnel stage definitions, and attribution basics — enough to understand where gaps and handoff failures actually live, not just to schedule the meeting about them.

  • Hold cross-functional owners in Marketing, Sales, SDR/ADR, and RevOps accountable to commitments made in committee — without direct authority over those teams.

  • Partner closely with the SVP of Demand Generation to translate committee priorities into a working operating rhythm, and surface risks or blockers to the right leaders early.

  • Partner with data and insights team(s) to ensure cross-functional teams have the data, reporting and dashboards necessary to provide reliable visibility into pipeline health and committee progress.

  • Support other existing GTM funnel and pipeline cadences (e.g., pipeline or lead councils) with project-management rigor as needed.

Drive cross-functional programs and accountability, broadly

  • Partner across and outside of Marketing — with Sales, RevOps, and other GTM functions — to drive alignment and hold people accountable to shared priorities and deadlines without formal authority over them.

  • Take on additional cross-functional marketing/RevOps programs as delegated by marketing leadership.

  • Report on program and committee health to marketing and GTM leadership, distilling cross-functional complexity into concise, actionable updates.

Grow Marketing's operating framework over time

  • As bandwidth allows, help administer Asana (Marketing's system of record) and Confluence to give Marketing a more consistent way to track priorities and work across functions.

  • Introduce lightweight agile practices — prioritization rituals, backlog hygiene, retrospectives — where they genuinely reduce fragmentation, rather than applying a scaled framework wholesale.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of project or program management experience within B2B SaaS marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations — this domain fluency is the primary bar for this role.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of GTM funnel mechanics: lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, pipeline waterfall, forecasting cadences, and attribution basics.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and hold stakeholders accountable across multiple teams, including outside one's own department, without direct authority.

  • Experience running or directly supporting a recurring, leadership-level cross-functional cadence or committee (e.g., a pipeline council, forecast call, or similar governance forum).

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a track record of standing up process and structure from scratch.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex, cross-functional work into concise materials for senior leadership.

  • Highly accountable, organized, and solution-oriented, with genuine follow-through.

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience administering a work-management or PM tool (Asana, Jira, Aha, Monday, or similar) at a configuration/admin level — ideally Asana specifically, though strong admin experience in an adjacent tool is a legitimate substitute.

  • Working comfort in Confluence or similar documentation/knowledge-management tools.

  • Agile credential (e.g., CSPO) or hands-on experience running lightweight agile ceremonies; SAFe or scaled-agile exposure is a plus but not expected.

  • Experience with Salesforce or BI/reporting tooling (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an operator who already speaks the language of B2B marketing, sales, and RevOps — and who uses that fluency to drive real accountability, not just to run a well-organized meeting.

  • Someone who can walk into a room of Sales, SDR, RevOps, and Marketing leaders and immediately understand what's actually broken in the funnel — not just facilitate a conversation about it.

  • Confident holding peers and leaders accountable to commitments without formal authority over them, across and outside Marketing.

  • Comfortable managing upward — proactively communicating with senior stakeholders, including the SVP of Demand Generation and marketing leadership.

  • A builder who's comfortable standing up process and reporting from scratch, and who's genuinely curious about eventually helping Marketing build a broader, more consistent operating framework — without needing that to be day-one expertise.

  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable with a role whose scope is explicitly expected to evolve over time.
