Own product marketing for the Lone Wolf portfolio, including customer feedback programs, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, pricing, launches, sales enablement, content, and partner marketing. The role requires deep real estate or proptech expertise, strong writing, AI tool proficiency, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence and alignment.
Reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, your foundational responsibility is to know our customers and competitors better than anyone else. You will translate direct market feedback into core product positioning, strategic pricing, and roadmap decisions. Guided by this deep customer empathy, you will own the overarching Lone Wolf portfolio narrative, individual product positioning, and partner marketing.
Core Responsibilities:
- Run the customer advisory board end to end, from member recruitment through agenda, facilitation, and follow through.
- Build and moderate product panels that put early features in front of real customers before launch.
- Own the customer survey program and report back what changed because of it.
- Conduct customer and prospect interviews and run win and loss analysis.
- Synthesize all feedback into one voice of customer view that product, sales, and marketing actually use.
- Bring a clear point of view on what customers need next, backed by what they told us.
- Own competitive research across the real estate technology landscape.
- Maintain battlecards and competitive positioning sales can use in a live call.
- Track market shifts, pricing moves, and new entrants, and brief leadership on what matters.
- Feed competitive and market findings into segmentation and launch strategy
- Ground every positioning decision in evidence from customers and the market.
- Build clear messaging architectures and buyer personas.
- Unify the company narrative across all products.
- Translate AI capabilities into practical value for real estate professionals.
- Drive product launches and market segmentation.
- Execute pilot programs to test pricing and positioning before wider release.
- Track launch impact on pipeline, adoption, and revenue.
- Develop B2B SaaS pricing and packaging recommendations tied directly to value.
- Create comprehensive sales enablement materials to fully equip the revenue team.
- Deliver webinars and high impact presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Attend industry events as a visible representative of the company.
- Support Analyst Relations and Public Relations initiatives.
- Manage content partners and ensure high quality output.
- Build joint marketing narratives and campaigns with technology partners.
- Mentor fellow product marketers and partner closely with company leadership.

Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of product marketing experience managing an entire product line.
- Experience running structured customer feedback programs such as advisory boards, panels, surveys, or win and loss analysis.
- Comfort facilitating a room of senior customers and turning that conversation into decisions.
- Deep knowledge of residential real estate, proptech, or adjacent industries.
- Proven success creating portfolio level messaging and SaaS pricing models.
- Track record of leading complex launches through influence and alignment.
- Daily proficiency using AI tools for research and content creation.
- Exceptional and direct writing skills.
- Ability to thrive and build structure in ambiguous environments.
