Position Summary

Natera's mission is to make personalized genetic testing part of the standard of care — enabling earlier, more targeted interventions that lead to longer, healthier lives. For people who have faced cancer, that promise depends on continuity of care: our Signatera™ test is optimized for longitudinal monitoring, and its value grows each time a patient is tested over the course of their journey. Ongoing, serial testing is what allows clinicians to catch a recurrence early, often before it would appear on standard imaging.

Natera's Oncology business unit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the experiences that help patients and their care teams stay consistent with that monitoring over time. You'll own how patients and providers stay engaged across the care journey, helping shape the digital experiences that make ongoing testing simple and intuitive for the clinicians who order it, the patients who rely on it, and the tools that help our clinical and commercial teams support them. This is an individual-contributor PM role: you'll talk to users, dig into the data yourself, build prototypes, write proposals, define what success looks like, and drive initiatives from idea to launch.

About You

You care about improving outcomes for patients and clinicians. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, working across many teams, and making decisions with imperfect information. You're data-fluent – you'd rather pull the numbers yourself than wait for a report. You give and receive candid feedback, take ownership of hard problems, and don't wait to be told what to do. You think in systems, simplify what's overcomplicated, and get things across the finish line.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for keeping patients engaged in their recommended testing over time — growing the number of patients who continue monitoring, and making that effortless for the providers who order it
  • Simplify the ordering and scheduling experience so providers and patients always know what the next step is and when it's due, removing friction and manual work across the testing journey
  • Improve the provider and patient experiences that drive continued testing including our physician portal, EHR systems, and patient portal
  • Partner across commercial, operations, clinical, and engineering teams — including health-system and lab integrations — so our products reflect how care actually happens, and ground your decisions in data you regularly review
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, define and measure success, champion your roadmap with senior and executive stakeholders, and advance the longer-term vision of clinically-informed testing recommendations that adapt to each patient's situation

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch across product, engineering, design, and business teams
  • Strong product and UX judgment — skilled at identifying high-impact improvements, prioritizing ruthlessly, and balancing short- and long-term goals
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code/Cursor, LLMs, agents, prototyping tools) and a mindset for using technology to accelerate product development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically
