About the RoleThe Sr Director, Capture Management is responsible for one or more components of a division, program, or function at a group level or a key enterprise focus area. This role establishes strategic and tactical plans for capture management based on business strategy and makes decisions critical to function performance with short-term impact. 
In this role you will be responsible for leading one or more components of capture management at a group level, establishing both strategic and tactical plans aligned with broader business strategy. You will make critical strategic decisions that impact capture function performance while providing direction through subordinate managers responsible for capture operations. Your expertise will be essential in building out comprehensive capture strategies and implementing the necessary steps to execute these plans across the business area. You will maintain accountability for cost management and schedule adherence with a consistent focus on value creation, while meeting financial plans, goals, and schedules for all capture management activities. The position requires effective interaction with both internal and external executive-level management, serving as a catalyst for organizational change. Throughout all responsibilities, you will be expected to uphold and model company values while holding others accountable to these same standards.About You

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience with significant capture management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex capture projects
  • In-depth knowledge of defense industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading and supporting organizational changes
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Experience directing capture activities for major defense or aerospace programs
  • Established relationships with senior DoD or IC stakeholders
  • Prior military or government service at senior leadership level
  • Track record of winning major pursuits ($250M+)


Compensation:

Pay Range:

$218,838.00 - $300,901.50

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
