As a Test Engineer III, you will lead testing and validation of aerospace systems, managing requirements and conducting Verification and Validation (V&V) activities while mentoring junior engineers.

Supervise teams building and assembling space-system hardware, including components, subassemblies, and integrated systems. Review schedules, materials, labor, costs, and workforce plans; assign resources to meet production milestones; resolve operational and technical issues; and maintain quality, safety, and aerospace compliance. Partner with engineering and quality teams to improve processes, equipment, tooling, and procedures. Performs expert-level welding, cutting, trimming, fitting, fabrication, equipment setup, and maintenance for mechanical and fluid systems supporting launch operations. Works with structural, hydraulic, zirconium, stainless steel, and other materials using technical drawings, precision measurement tools, and detailed procedures. Leads and mentors welding projects, collaborates with engineers, maintains safety and quality protocols, fabricates fixtures, documents work, and helps improve workflows and turnaround times.

Designs, develops, tests, and architects complex flight software for space systems. Responsibilities include writing maintainable code, collaborating on requirements, managing changes with version control, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and mentoring engineers. The role also provides technical leadership and contributes to innovative mission, spacecraft, and payload-control software solutions.

Develops cost estimates and pricing proposals for bids, contracts, and modifications. Collects and analyzes technical and programmatic data, prepares performance reports, collaborates cross-functionally, and presents findings to stakeholders. The role uses advanced Excel for analysis and supports accurate, competitive, and compliant pricing while maintaining awareness of government contracting regulations and cost accounting standards.

The Supplier Quality Engineer II develops supplier quality processes, conducts supplier audits, resolves quality issues, and supports corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, analyzing supplier performance data, preparing quality reports, enforcing compliance, and participating in RCCA activities. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, interpretation of engineering drawings, and application of aerospace quality standards.

Lead production planning process design and optimization in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring material availability and production efficiency through collaboration with supply chain teams and managing production execution and MES integration.

The SAP MM Consultant supports materials management processes, focusing on inventory management, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with other SAP modules while participating in incident resolution and user acceptance testing.

Lead process optimization, quality control, and maintenance initiatives for aerospace manufacturing. Implement validation, reliability-centered maintenance, and manufacturing/maintenance management software.
