Manages program cost, schedule, and financial controls for government and defense contracts. Implement and qualify new tools and automation, translate R&D processes to production, run validation campaigns, optimize factory flow across SMT to array integration, apply data analytics and SPC to drive improvements, and train manufacturing teams.

Leads the talent acquisition sourcing function, including team management, recruitment strategy, talent mapping, performance metrics, process optimization, budget planning, compliance, and employer branding. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to meet staffing needs, improve candidate sourcing, manage recruitment costs, and implement innovative and diversity-focused hiring initiatives.

Conduct SOX and operational audits by evaluating control design, testing entity-level, business process, and IT general controls, identifying deficiencies, and recommending enhancements. Lead remediation across business units, assess materiality, communicate status to senior management, develop risk-based audit plans, and ensure compliance with internal audit and government standards. Serve as SME/lead for a work center, support test engineers, document issues, and specialize in two of three test work centers to ensure avionics reliability and mission readiness.

Plans and schedules material procurement to support production requirements. Manages inventory levels using ERP/MRP systems, forecasts material demand, coordinates with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, resolves quality, delivery, and pricing issues, and reports on material planning and inventory performance.

Manage and troubleshoot IT systems including OS installation/configuration, network configurations, virtualization, automation scripting, backup/recovery design, user and resource administration, Active Directory and Group Policy management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and improve infrastructure reliability.

Lead strategic initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality, design and optimize manufacturing processes, mentor junior engineers, integrate new products with production, oversee maintenance and predictive maintenance programs, diagnose complex equipment issues, and manage projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

Design, implement, and evaluate spacecraft GNC algorithms and FDIR. Develop SIMULINK/STK simulations, model sensors/actuators, run Monte Carlo analyses, validate GNC flight software, ensure requirement compliance, and communicate technical results to stakeholders.

Lead inventory and logistics strategy for aerospace missions: optimize inventory levels, streamline transportation and warehousing, manage suppliers, ensure compliance with export/government regulations, drive digital transformation and KPIs, and mentor cross-functional teams to maintain mission readiness.
