- Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. AI platforms, AI Hub, training programs, surveys), including the data model that connects these sources.
- Own the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the employee experience & adoption performance. This will include collaborating with product managers for A/B testing & multivariate testing.
- Build forecasting models for AI spend across platforms and models that account for compute cost drivers: token volume, model mix, committed versus on-demand capacity, and pricing changes.
- Deliver showback dashboards with row-level security that adjust dynamically to the person viewing the data.
- Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design, including new AI platform and model onboarding.
- Automate data pipelines so portfolio views, forecasts, and reports refresh without manual pulls.
