About the Role:
The Social Media Strategist will play a key role in shaping and executing Fetch’s social presence, driving engagement, and building community across platforms. This role sits within the Brand Experience team and works cross-functionally with Creator, Partnerships, Sales, and Growth teams to bring Fetch—and our brand partners—into culture in relevant, engaging, and measurable ways.
This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, content creation, community management, and performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on supporting both Fetch-owned initiatives and brand partner campaigns on social.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
Own Social Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute social strategies aligned to brand, campaign, and business priorities
- Translate internal and partner campaign objectives into social-first content and storytelling
- Partner cross-functionally to support campaign launches, ensuring social is integrated from planning through execution
- Maintain a strong pulse on trends, formats, and culture to inform timely and relevant activations
Create & Oversee Content
- Concept, create, and publish content across Fetch social channels (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Balance brand storytelling with offer-driven, partner-supported, and performance-oriented content
- Collaborate with creators and internal teams to scale content production
- Ensure content is aligned to both Fetch brand standards and partner campaign goals
Lead Community Engagement
- Own day-to-day community management across platforms
- Engage proactively with users to build relationships and brand affinity
- Identify opportunities for Fetch and brand partners to show up authentically in conversation
- Develop scalable approaches to increase engagement and responsiveness
Support Brand Partners on Social
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to support brand partner campaigns on social
- Translate partner objectives into compelling, platform-native social content
- Ensure partner integrations feel authentic to Fetch while delivering against campaign goals
- Contribute to campaign recaps and insights that demonstrate performance and value to partners
Leverage Data & Measurement
- Track and analyze performance across organic and paid social, including campaign and partner content
- Translate data into actionable insights and optimizations
- Inform content strategy, posting cadence, and spend allocation based on performance trends
- Support reporting and recaps for both internal stakeholders and brand partners
Support Creator Integration
- Partner with Creator and Influencer teams to amplify campaigns through social
- Ensure creator content aligns with social strategy and campaign objectives
- Identify opportunities to extend Creator Club and ambassador efforts through social

- You are a strong cross-functional partner, elevating how social contributes to campaigns and revenue
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing
- Proven ability to develop and execute social strategies tied to campaigns and business goals
- Strong content creation skills (short-form video, copywriting, platform-native formats)
- Experience supporting brand or partner campaigns on social
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and internet culture
- Experience with social analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation:
