Overview

Origami Risk is hiring a number of (Senior) Sales Executives to start in 2026. As a (Senior) Sales Executive you will be responsible for helping to grow the business by identifying new prospects and selling our suite of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, including but not limited to our Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS), Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. In this role you will build and maintain relationships with new clients and meet or exceed annual sales quotas. This is a geography-aligned role. We are open to any US geographies.


Starting base pay for this role is between $130,000 and $160,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities
  • Develops a strong pipeline of prospective clients through personal introductions, referrals, RFPs and prospecting within your territory. 
  • Works with prospective clients to introduce them to the features and capabilities of Origami Risk and to learn and understand their needs and concerns. 
  • Leverages industry knowledge to offer advice and perspective to prospective clients during the sales process.  
  • Prepares price quotes and statements of work that reflect the needs of each prospective client and the capabilities and standards of Origami. 
  • Confirms or estimates potential strong competitors on each opportunity and devise a strategy to successfully compare and contrast Origami to each of them. 
  • Networks with brokers, risk managers, and other members of the risk management and insurance community to identify prospective customers and enhance awareness of Origami Risk. 
  • Develops, executes, and exceeds all goals within an annual territory plan.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3-5+ years of direct sales experience with demonstrated history of success selling SaaS solutions for the Sales Executive position.
  • At least 7+ years of direct sales experience with demonstrated history of success selling SaaS solutions for the Senior Sales Executive position.
  • Experience uses a highly consultative sales process, such as MEDDPICC.
  • Consistently carried and exceeded quotas on average with the market/industry.
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Preferred: insurance/risk management domain experience
  • Preferred: experience selling in verticals such as manufacturing, transportation, government, healthcare, construction, retail, and more.
