Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager, GTM - Execution, is responsible for managing the execution phase of our quarterly GTM strategies. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, oversees execution timelines and deliverables, and drives in-quarter pivots as needed to ensure strategy is effectively implemented. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, National Retail, Digital, and Operations, this role ensures GTM plans are executed with precision and agility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excels in stakeholder management and real-time problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution Management: Lead the execution of quarterly GTM plans, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and adjusted as needed in response to real-time performance and insights
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Engage and coordinate across functional teams to maintain alignment on execution priorities and progress
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain a communication cadence and reporting structure to provide visibility into execution status, risks, and adjustments
  • Timeline & Deliverables: Manage execution timelines, milestones, and critical deliverables to ensure timely delivery and accountability
  • Cross-Functional Facilitation: Run execution check-ins, manage follow-ups, and resolve blockers to keep initiatives on track
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate execution performance, identify gaps, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years in program management, GTM execution, or cross-functional operations

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team execution programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Analytical and adaptive; able to manage in-quarter pivots and optimize execution processes

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
