As the Manager of Local Marketing Operations at Boost Mobile, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational process within our local marketing organization to drive efficiencies to market. This position requires a unique blend of project management expertise, marketing knowledge, wireless business strategy, and execution. You will be a strong communicator, leader, and process expert within the team. Additionally, a strong background in wireless knowledge is crucial to effectively navigate complexities within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute an effective operational process for speed to execution within the local marketing team
- Cross-functionally collaborate across our internal teams ensuring timely launches
- Be responsible for communicating key operational updates with the leadership team
- Responsible for understanding business performance and ROI for initiatives executed within the organization
- Lead a local marketing support team including local marketing creative execution, co-op programs and fleet management operations
- Responsible for key status updates, escalations and optimizations to drive the team to success
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience
- Previous industry experience in prepaid/postpaid wireless industry a plus
- Go-To-Market & Project management experience is highly desired
- MBA preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent project manager, focused on driving efficient operational execution of local marketing business needs
- Skilled at executing and analyzing performance data
- Highly skilled at executive communications
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with challenging timelines and multiple projects running simultaneously
- A collaborator who works well with other internal departments (i.e. Real Estate, Channel Expansion, Brand, Creative, and Sales Operations)
- Take initiative and make suggestions to improve processes & reduce costs
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail
