Who You Are

You’re a perfectionist. Yes, the big picture matters, and thinking strategically about the entire product experience gets you fired up. But the intricacies? That’s where the magic lives. You’re a diligent problem solver and an even more adept problem finder. Your deep understanding of your craft means you know how each individual piece of the product machine works, and more importantly, how they work most efficiently together.

You’re a seasoned product manager with a passion for building customer-centric, scalable SaaS products. Your expert understanding of product discovery, go-to-market alignment, and data-informed decision making means you’re both the artist and the critic, but you wouldn’t have it any other way.

You’re a dedicated player-coach used to working in a senior role. You love to own strategy and outcomes as much as you love to collaborate cross-functionally to get things built. You know that no product succeeds on the back of a single person; you’re a collaborative leader with experience driving vision, prioritization, and execution across teams.

Most importantly, you’re excited to bring your skills to a growing company in a fast-moving market. You’re ready to shake up an industry; you just need the right opportunity to make waves.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager at Swoogo, you'll be responsible for defining, driving, and delivering product initiatives that move the Swoogo platform forward. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to identify opportunities, shape the roadmap, and bring new features to life. You’ll own the “why” and the “what” of product development, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value to customers and the business.

You’ll translate insights into strategy, strategy into priorities, and priorities into clear, actionable plans. Your influence will span the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to launch and iteration.

What You’ve Done Before
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in event technology SaaS or martech SaaS
  • Proven success leading end-to-end product development in a cross-functional environment
  • Deep understanding of product discovery and user research methods
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and drive consensus on complex initiatives
  • Strong grasp of data analytics, experimentation, and KPI-driven decision making
Experience collaborating with designers and engineers to bring elegant, scalable products to life
  • Skilled in storytelling and communication, able to clearly articulate the “why” behind every product choice

We’re also open to unique individuals who may not come from a traditional product management background but bring strong experience and insight from the event industry.

It’d Be Great If You’ve Done This
  • Experience in event management or marketing technology landscape, and how these industries are evolving
  • Experience identifying and validating customer problems, defining success metrics, and delivering products that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Proven ability to connect product strategy to business strategy and understand how your work impacts revenue and customer growth
  • Strong sense of customer empathy and experience engaging directly with users to uncover insights
  • Comfort working with senior leadership to define priorities and communicate product direction
  • A mix of creativity and commercial thinking—able to balance innovation with business impact
