We are looking for a senior product manager to join a growing team that will support the Spot markets. As Senior Product Manager, you will shape best-in-class data and analytics products to help solve critical business problems for clients. You will report to the Executive Director, Product Management.

You Will:
Lead the product development of a new product offering in the Spot markets space
Identify and drive ways to improve the existing MVP and imagine new functionality for future development phases in order to deliver more value to our clients
Partner with the sales, editorial, and business development teams to translate customer needs and requests into business requirements for the product development teams
Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure any changes are compliant with industry regulations
Draft and work closely with the Customer Service team to create and manage delivery of customer notification letters
Work with the UI/UX design team to create mockups of customer development requests
Bring best-in-class design ideas in order to make our offering engaging
Create and maintain user guides, help materials, methodologies, and specifications for Spot products
Document internal processes and help optimize workflow and efficiency
7+ years’ experience as a product manager or a similar role
In depth understanding of the Agile software development methodology, and the role a product owner plays as part of a highly successful development team
Data literacy, easily understanding how to interpret and analyze data to help our customers make the best-possible business decisions
A strong foundational knowledge of what makes data-driven analytics products invaluable to a customer
Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable user stories to better our products and drive value for our entire customer base
Ability to uncover and decipher complex problems and think outside the box to create solutions.
Excellent technical acuity, with a strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, PowerBi, Azure DevOps, and Netsuite (or another CRM software)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management (or related discipline) -OR-
Fluency in other languages based on our global customer base (a plus)
