About This Team

The Jobs team builds products to help job seekers find their perfect job, especially when it comes to remote work, WFH and flexible jobs. Our mission is to provide best-in-class tools that drive the best outcomes for our customers and long-term value for our brand. This role is specifically for our ExpertApply product. ExpertApply is our AI-powered job search automation product which applies to relevant job openings based on a candidate’s profile.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Ownership: Develop and execute a high-impact product roadmap for ExpertApply, partnering with leadership, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to achieve core business goals.
  • Mobile-First Growth: Champion a mobile-first strategy to optimize the application funnel, drive adoption and retention, and ultimately spearhead the launch of our dedicated mobile app.
  • Growth Loops & Experimentation: Design, run, and interpret rigorous A/B tests across the product and marketing channels—including collaborating with Email Marketing to leverage job alerts for user retention.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Continuously push the product forward by synthesizing market trends, competitive analysis, quantitative metrics, and qualitative user research into actionable features.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience: 6-10 years of consumer-facing Product Management experience.
  • Execution & Prioritization: Exceptional attention to detail with the proven ability to seamlessly manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Analytical Rigor: Deep expertise in A/B test design, quantitative metric analysis, and translating complex data sets into clear, actionable business strategies.
  • Technical Fluency: A solid understanding of modern technology stacks, allowing you to accurately gauge the level of effort and partner effectively with engineering teams.
  • Collaborative Leadership: A history of cross-functional team building, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a globally distributed, remote work environment.

Additional Pay Ranges
All other locations: $150,000-$175,000
SF/NY/Seattle : $165,000-$195,000
Austin/Chicago: $155,000-$185,000

Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
