The Sr. Producer will work closely with the North America Creative Strategy and Sales teams, as well as external brands agencies, and production vendors, to project direct advertising solutions and campaigns that help drive Snap Inc.’s sales goals. The role will require management and oversight across multiple campaign executions and external production partners simultaneously.

The role is primarily post-sale, focusing on high-quality client and partner support to deliver best-in-class campaign executions smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, excellent communication skills in client management, and a strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and maintain detailed production plans across multiple campaigns at a time, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress

  • Oversee high volume of projects with rigorous prioritization & time management

  • Proactively manage any potential challenges during asset development and provide creative solutions

  • Ensure data accuracy across all projects is attained by thoroughly maintaining tooling hygiene

  • Provide strategic support on production process and vendor strategy across accounts & verticals

  • Maintain close coordination with organizational leads to ensure alignment across various teams

  • Support on production strategy development based on subject matter expertise to deliver on the overall production org strategy

  • Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to external creative services partners

  • Recommend improvements to project management process to increase efficiency and quality

  • Liaise with cross-functional partners like Legal, Finance, Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships to provide ongoing support of production ecosystem

  • Act as creative ambassador of Snapchat’s guidelines and best practices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal

  • Candidate should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to find optimizations to process that drive quicker turn-around times while upholding creative quality

  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage ever-changing priorities in challenging situations

  • Ability to constructively navigate ambiguity and uncertainty. 

  • Proficient in Keynote, Google suite, and Adobe suite

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experienced across multiple production disciplines including video, creator campaigns, and events

  • 5-7 years experience working with advertising clients in a creative support function

  • Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload

Preferred qualifications:

  • Some design experience working with editing tools including photoshop and illustrator or understanding of design file types

  • Experience with project management tools (Salesforce, Monday.com)

  • Familiarity with augmented reality and video trends 

  • Experience with influencer marketing/talent management agencies 

  • Understanding of current social media and Creator landscape

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $102,000-$153,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $91,000-$137,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
