The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for leading the measurement, analysis, and optimization of Natural Grocers' marketing initiatives, customer loyalty programs, digital experiences, and promotional strategies. This role partners closely with Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, E-Commerce, and Executive Leadership to transform data into actionable business insights that drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and sales growth.
The Senior Marketing Analyst serves as the primary analytics leader for the Marketing department and oversees the development of reporting frameworks, experimentation strategies, customer insights, forecasting models, and performance measurement systems. This role combines strategic thinking, advanced analytics, and strong business acumen to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to frequently lift or carry up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to frequently drive automatic.
- Must have the ability to occasionally push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to constantly use the computer for data entry and use of mouse.
- Must be able to constantly use fine motor manipulations and reach outward for the duration of the work shift.
- Must be able to frequently walk, stand, grip, bend, twist, and turn.
- Must be able to occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and reach outward as needed.
Environmental Requirements:
- Must be able to work occasionally with outside, cold, heat, wet, humid, noise, sharp tools/equipment, contact stress, chemicals, dust fumes, vibration and congested worksite.
