Pulls bulk food orders at a distribution center using SAP reports, RF scanners, and electric pallet jacks. Palletizes, labels, verifies, and stages store shipments while maintaining accuracy and safety. Performs equipment inspections, housekeeping, quality documentation, and other warehouse duties. Requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working in variable temperatures. The schedule is Monday through Friday with flexibility required during holidays.

Administers employee leaves, ADAAA accommodations, and workers’ compensation cases. Manages return-to-work and transitional-duty programs, reviews medical and leave documentation, ensures federal and state compliance, maintains OSHA records, coordinates with claims professionals, Benefits, Payroll, and Safety, and produces management reports. Provides policy guidance, resolves complex employee issues, leads recurring manager training, protects confidential health information, and recommends process or policy improvements.

Administers and analyzes employee benefits and payroll programs, including HRIS updates, vendor data feeds, enrollments, COBRA, 401(k) administration, compliance reporting, invoice reconciliation, payroll audits, PTO reconciliation, tax reconciliations, and management reporting.

Develop and optimize talent acquisition strategy using recruiting analytics, ATS and HRIS reporting, internal mobility programs, sourcing initiatives, vendor management, and workforce planning. Analyze hiring quality, retention, promotion success, and performance data to identify effective candidate profiles and sourcing channels. Partner with operations and executives to improve recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, support succession planning, and fill critical roles.
