OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Own workflow design and process optimization
- Map and standardize end-to-end campaign and revenue workflow
- Identify inefficiencies and reduce manual work
- Drive consistency across teams and processes
Lead tooling, platforms, and automation
- Own CRM (Salesforce), OMS, and inventory management systems
- Build automation across planning, trafficking, and reporting workflows
- Partner with engineering on integrations and system scalability
Ensure data integrity and governance
- Establish single source of truth across systems and reporting
- Define data governance and standardization practices
- Build reporting frameworks to track efficiency and operational performance
Developing Talent and Teammate Engagement
- Build effective cross-functional working teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals by establishing common objectives and a shared mindset.
- Develops talent through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments in order to meet their own career goals as well as the organization’s priorities
- Partner with department leadership to establish strategic staffing and succession plans; successfully deliver on proposed staffing objectives.
- Drive engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives; focus on voice of teammate data (e.g., Engagement & Pulse results), partnering with organization leadership to drive necessary changes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related subject
- 7-10 years experience in ad operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology. Strong experience with CRM systems, OMS, workflow automation, and data systems with a focus on scaling operations and reducing manual processes.
- eCommerce Experience
- Retail Media Network Experience
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with adobe analytics or comparable web analytics system
- Experience with CRM and OMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Operative)
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong operational and systems thinking; expertise in workflow optimization, automation, and data governance; ability to drive cross-functional alignment and scale processes.

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
