  • Manage third-party vendor relationships - paid newsletters, content syndication, review websites and platforms, and lead and appointment generation programs - including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
  • Apply CRO disciplines across landing pages, ad creative, and lead capture.
  • Collaborate with campaign, content, and product marketing to effectively amplify content across paid channels aligned.
  • Lead and develop a growing paid media team; mentor members, set performance expectations, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of hands-on B2B paid media experience with a track record of driving pipeline in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Direct ownership of significant paid media budgets with experience managing complex channel mix allocation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads; experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit, Meta, and programmatic/DSP platforms including 6sense.
  • Experience managing paid programs on Reddit, G2 and review platforms, content syndication networks, and third-party lead and appointment generation programs.

  • Familiarity with generative engine optimization (GEO) and how AI-driven search is reshaping paid media strategy.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating media contracts, and marketing a multi-brand or multi-product portfolio.
  • Prior experience building or scaling a paid media team.
