  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, business analysis, or finance transformation.

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

  • Experience leading process improvement or business transformation initiatives.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning and reporting tools such as Tagetik, Power BI or similar platforms.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.

Why This Role?

This is more than a traditional finance analyst position. You will serve as a trusted business partner who helps shape how GBS Finance operates—improving decision-making, simplifying processes, leveraging technology, and driving efficiencies that enable the organization to scale and succeed.

If you are passionate about both finance and transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
