The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud-native infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high reliability and performance while mentoring technical teams and promoting DevOps best practices.

Lead enterprise data architecture strategy and modernization across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, OneLake, lakehouses, warehouses, and integration platforms. Apply documentation tools, industry standards, and best practices to improve clarity, usability, and content quality.

Develops product positioning, value messaging, sales enablement materials, and training for software solutions. Translates product capabilities into customer-focused communications, gathers market and competitive insights, supports go-to-market initiatives and launches, and partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Measures enablement effectiveness and improves programs using performance metrics and feedback.

Lead growth strategy and execution for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement. Drive cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, engineering, and data teams to improve discovery, onboarding, and activation. Define OKRs, measurement frameworks, run experiments, and translate clinician insights into product and go-to-market actions while balancing clinical, privacy, and regulatory constraints.

Lead technical design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions. Drive architecture and implementation across frontend and backend stacks, mentor engineers, apply AI/agent workflows and NLP, ensure high availability, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to ship reliable, production-grade systems.

Lead analytics for clinical decision support adoption and engagement: define metrics, query event-level usage, build dashboards, analyze funnels and cohorts, partner with product and cross-functional teams, and translate findings into actionable product recommendations to improve adoption and outcomes.

Senior individual-contributor product leader defining content strategy, standards, metadata, and workflows to make clinical content authoritative, structured, and AI-ready. Partners across product, editorial, clinical, engineering, AI, and analytics to set priorities, define platform requirements, build feedback loops, and drive alignment to improve search, retrieval, grounding, and editor workflows.

Lead discovery and delivery of AI-enabled clinical decision support features for UpToDate. Translate clinician and business needs into product requirements, experiments, roadmaps, and success metrics. Partner with engineering, design, clinical, content, analytics, and commercial teams to build responsible, trusted AI experiences that improve clinician workflows, adoption, and satisfaction.
