The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud-native infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high reliability and performance while mentoring technical teams and promoting DevOps best practices.

Senior individual-contributor product leader defining content strategy, standards, metadata, and workflows to make clinical content authoritative, structured, and AI-ready. Partners across product, editorial, clinical, engineering, AI, and analytics to set priorities, define platform requirements, build feedback loops, and drive alignment to improve search, retrieval, grounding, and editor workflows.

Lead discovery and delivery of AI-enabled clinical decision support features for UpToDate. Translate clinician and business needs into product requirements, experiments, roadmaps, and success metrics. Partner with engineering, design, clinical, content, analytics, and commercial teams to build responsible, trusted AI experiences that improve clinician workflows, adoption, and satisfaction.

Lead growth strategy and execution for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement. Drive cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, engineering, and data teams to improve discovery, onboarding, and activation. Define OKRs, measurement frameworks, run experiments, and translate clinician insights into product and go-to-market actions while balancing clinical, privacy, and regulatory constraints.

Lead discovery and delivery of AI-enabled clinical workflow capabilities for care teams. Define requirements, run customer experiments and pilots, measure adoption and outcomes, partner with engineering, clinical, UX, analytics, and commercial teams, and ensure responsible, transparent, and regulatory-compliant AI product experiences that improve workflow fit and user satisfaction.

Manage and maintain healthcare terminology content and mappings (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED), support new product/content development, collaborate with product and engineering teams, use AI to improve delivery, mentor teammates, ensure data governance and quality, and respond to customer inquiries.

Lead and grow strategic partner relationships to drive joint sales, marketing, product integration, and revenue. Develop go-to-market plans, manage contracts, royalties, invoicing, onboarding, enablement, and monthly/quarterly performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to increase adoption, renewals, and upsell; use Salesforce/CRM and product usage data to track pipeline and report to executives. Represent Wolters Kluwer at industry events and act as internal partner advocate.

Manage a portfolio of existing customers to retain and grow revenue through proactive renewal management, consultative selling, upsells, and increased product adoption. Own renewal lifecycle, forecast pipeline in CRM, engage customers 90–120 days before expiration, and collaborate with sales and product teams to improve retention and expand account value.

Lead AppOps Engineer responsible for end-to-end application runtime health and reliability. Own production reliability, incident response, release/change operations, observability, automation, capacity and DR planning, security-by-default, runbook and SOP development, and mentor AppOps engineers while partnering with Engineering, CloudOps, Security, and Compliance.

The Lead Product Manager will define strategies for AI-enabled platform products, working closely with engineering and clinical stakeholders to develop product requirements, workflows, and features while ensuring safe and effective use in healthcare.
