Drive cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, engineering, and data teams to improve discovery, onboarding, and activation. Define OKRs, measurement frameworks, run experiments, and translate clinician insights into product and go-to-market actions while balancing clinical, privacy, and regulatory constraints.

Lead discovery and delivery of AI-enabled clinical workflow capabilities for care teams. Define requirements, run customer experiments and pilots, measure adoption and outcomes, partner with engineering, clinical, UX, analytics, and commercial teams, and ensure responsible, transparent, and regulatory-compliant AI product experiences that improve workflow fit and user satisfaction.

Manage and maintain healthcare terminology content and mappings (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED), support new product/content development, collaborate with product and engineering teams, use AI to improve delivery, mentor teammates, ensure data governance and quality, and respond to customer inquiries.
