What We are Looking For:
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving sales productivity and accelerating revenue performance across the organization. As the sole dedicated enablement resource, this individual will design and execute sales onboarding, reinforce sales processes, drive tool adoption, and proactively address performance gaps through data and rep feedback. This role requires a hands on builder who can create structure, influence sales reps, and accelerate ramp time.
Key Responsibilities:Sales New Hire Onboarding
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve the onboarding process, programs, and materials for new sales hires.
- Ensure ramp timelines are clear, measurable, and aligned to role expectations.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to refine onboarding based on performance data and feedback.
- Continuously monitor ramp performance.
Tool & Process Enablement
- Drive adoption and effective usage of core sales tools and systems.
- Build playbooks, documentation, and training to reinforce sales processes.
- Partner with Sales Ops to roll out new tools, workflows, and updates.
Adoption & Reinforcement
- Reinforce best practices through ongoing training, refreshers, and enablement campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between messaging, process, and execution.
- Support change management initiatives across the sales org.
Performance Gap Identification
- Identify enablement gaps through performance data, rep feedback, and win/loss analysis.
- Translate trends into targeted training and development initiatives.
- Proactively surface gaps areas of friction in the sales process.
Manager Enablement
- Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks, reporting insights, and tools to drive rep performance.
- Partner with managers to align enablement initiatives to performance goals.
- 10+ years experience in Sales Enablement in a SaaS environment
- Experience working closely with sales teams or prior experience in a sales role
- Experience designing onboarding and training programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales tools, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Data driven mindset with ability to translate performance metrics into actionable enablement initiatives
- Experience driving tool adoption and change management
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable leading sessions
- Confident communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and earn credibility with sales reps, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and comfortable operating independently
What We Offer:
We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of USD $152,000 - $190,000. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
