Coordinate end-to-end deal workflow: manage quoting in HubSpot/CPQ, validate deal structures and approvals, standardize templates and checklists, track quote-to-close metrics, provision SaaS licenses and customer environments, and hand off to CSMs while aligning Sales, Legal, and Finance to accelerate deal velocity.

Provide hands-on commercial contracting support for a global SaaS cybersecurity company: draft, review, negotiate, and manage subscription agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor/partner/reseller agreements; advise Sales, Finance, Security, Product; handle data protection/privacy/security contract terms; drive negotiation strategy; coordinate outside counsel.

Lead technical product marketing for Airlock Digital by creating practitioner-focused messaging, driving product launches, enabling sales with technical assets, and developing competitive differentiation. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear customer value and measurable go-to-market outcomes.

Lead technical implementations and enablement for Airlock Digital's allowlisting platform; partner with customer security and IT teams, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, deliver training and technical support, and represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
