Lead the SaaS engineering team and own the cloud platform’s technical direction, architecture, delivery, reliability, security, and operational health. Manage and develop distributed engineers, guide design and code reviews, resolve production issues, improve delivery automation and observability, and partner with product, security, QA, SRE, DevOps, support, and endpoint teams. Balance customer delivery with scalability, maintainability, technical debt reduction, and secure platform evolution.

Lead Airlock Digital’s global demand generation strategy and team, driving qualified pipeline and revenue through integrated campaigns, digital advertising, paid search, SEO, ABM, events, nurture programs, and AI-enabled optimization. Own campaign performance, attribution, lead lifecycle management, budgets, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Content, and Customer Success. Develop the team, improve funnel conversion, and scale demand generation across global markets.

Own and optimize the go-to-market technology stack, including HubSpot and sales platforms. Manage user access, configurations, integrations, data quality, vendors, documentation, and system rollouts. Build reports and dashboards, monitor GTM performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and identify automation opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to improve operational processes, reporting standards, platform adoption, and system effectiveness.
