What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate, site acquisition, or development, ideally in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Proven success leading multi-site acquisition programs and cross-functional coordination from LOI through close.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. real estate negotiations, land use, and entitlement processes.
  • Strong due diligence experience across environmental, utilities, zoning, and permitting domains.
  • Data center siting knowledge including power, fiber, cooling, and tax/incentive structures.
  • Financial fluency in real estate underwriting, scenario modeling, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in public and regulatory settings.
  • LEED or sustainability credential a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
