Oversee design and implementation of access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection; run risk assessments, incident response, and 24/7 GSOC operations. Lead and scale the investor relations function: craft investor messaging and materials, manage engagement strategy (earnings, roadshows, conferences), advise executives, run IR systems and CRM, monitor market and analyst sentiment, and build relationships with sell-side analysts and investors to align external communications with strategy.

The Director, Power Strategy will lead strategic initiatives in power operations, oversee energy curtailment, analyze trading opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Riot's energy strategies.

Lead enterprise EHS strategy for global hyperscale data center construction and operations. Establish electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO), govern high-voltage substations, oversee contractor qualification, manage environmental permitting, deploy predictive analytics and EHS platforms, lead crisis response and root-cause investigations, and embed design-for-safety across engineering, commissioning, and operations.

Lead Riot's multi-discipline data center engineering organization (mechanical, electrical, controls), set technical standards and QA/QC, approve designs at key milestones, oversee consultants and vendors, develop engineering talent, and represent engineering in cross-functional and executive decision-making.

Serve as SME for industrial-scale liquid cooling: lead design-to-deployment, commissioning, optimization, and lifecycle management of direct-to-chip, cold-plate, and immersion systems. Validate heat balance and fluid chemistry, manage valves/pumps/VFDs and P&ID-based hydraulics, define control logic and alarms with PLC/BMS teams, perform hydro-testing and flow balancing, lead RCA, and develop SOPs, MOPs, and training. Frequent site travel to support troubleshooting and operations.
