Lead global physical security strategy and standards for Riot's data centers and offices. Oversee design and implementation of access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection; run risk assessments, incident response, and 24/7 GSOC operations. Ensure compliance with ASIS, SOC 2/ISO 27001, and NFPA codes. Manage vendors, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Facilities, IT/OT, and Cybersecurity. Build and lead a global security team and travel regularly to data center sites.

Lead and scale the investor relations function: craft investor messaging and materials, manage engagement strategy (earnings, roadshows, conferences), advise executives, run IR systems and CRM, monitor market and analyst sentiment, and build relationships with sell-side analysts and investors to align external communications with strategy.

The Director, Power Strategy will lead strategic initiatives in power operations, oversee energy curtailment, analyze trading opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Riot's energy strategies.
