The Global Senior Director of Operations Finance will be a key strategic partner in driving financial performance and operational efficiency across laboratory operations, IHDS portfolio and Imaging service (radiology) across all global footprint across geographies. This senior-level position is responsible for leading comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions while providing strategic insights to optimize resource allocation, cost optimization, operation strategy footprint and support high-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership within a laboratory or Supply , manufacturing context, coupled with exceptional strategic acumen, influence, and leadership skills.
 

The Target Pay Range for this position is $185,000 - $232,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   

Strategic Financial Leadership:

  • Drive the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the company’s laboratory operations, in home diagnostic equipment and broader corporate goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights to inform strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities and productivity program

  • Lead financial performance discussions with senior leadership, ensuring alignment between operational objectives, demand assumptions and financial outcomes.

  • Develop and manage long-term financial planning frameworks (Integrated Value Creation Plan, Annual Plan, masterplan on Laboratory operations) , integrating company strategy.

Operational Financial Management:

  • Be the Finance business partner for function for laboratory operations and IHDS, overseeing financial performance metrics, cost structures, and capital expenditures.

  • Manage project-specific financial planning, including ROI analysis, cost management, and resource allocation, Gross profit diagnostic and improvement measures

  • Ensure the delivery of accurate, insightful, and timely financial reporting to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure robust governance process on Capital Expenditure across various stakeholders and decision process with SDx Leadership and Petcare stakeholders

  • Ensure collaboration Finance Demand BP and finance Operation BP, play active role on S&OP process deployment across the organization

  • Review Inventory coverage and lead action to improve working capital initiatives in coordination with various team involved

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for laboratory operations, and IHDS

  • Develop advanced financial models to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions, operational changes, and product development initiatives.

  • Partner closely with laboratory leadership to define and track project budgets and operational forecasts, ensuring fiscal discipline.

Cost Management and Optimization:

  • Identify and drive the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiency opportunities.

  • Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of projects, new technologies, and process improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with senior leaders in operations, manufacturing, engineering, and R&D to align financial and operational objectives.

  • Facilitate seamless communication between finance and cross-functional teams to address the financial implications of key decisions.

  • Influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on financial and strategic priorities.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proactively identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the organization.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Be active members of Global Operation leadership team and SDx Finance leadership team

  • Lead a team of 2 directs reports and influence / collaborate with Finance operation team who provide inputs

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

  • Act as a champion for professional growth, ensuring the team possesses the skills and capabilities to meet current and future business needs.

  • Demonstrate strong executive presence and represent the finance function in senior leadership forums and companywide initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Actively uphold the company’s commitment to integrity and ethical conduct, ensuring alignment with organizational values and standards. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance) or CPA strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior-level financial leadership role, especially in business partnership finance.

  • Proven technical knowledge of laboratory operations or a similar complex operational environment.

  • High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytics.

  • Expertise in leveraging ERP systems and financial tools, as well as proficiency with MS Office applications.
