Job Duties and Responsibilities

You would support our EVP, Group President - Boost Mobile.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively and independently schedule appointments and meetings of varying complexity
• Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
• Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents
• Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly
• Attend meetings when necessary and take notes and log action items as appropriate
• Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate
• Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions
• Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, and other EchoStar teammates
• Must be willing to travel between multiple offices in Denver with some out of state travel as well
• Meet all of EchoStar's performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all departmental metrics, productivity standards, and goals

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience working with the Executive and C-Level
• Experience managing more than one Executive's scheduling, travel and calendar
• Experience working within Fortune 200 company is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
