We're looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer to create human-centered product experiences that solve our customers’ most meaningful problems, while delivering delight. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and others across the business, while leading design efforts end-to-end. You believe design excellence helps drive sustained business impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of initiatives, leverage insights from UX and market research, a/b testing, and analytics to inform design decisions and produce hi-fidelity designs
  • Oversee the cohesiveness of the product experience, balancing user insights with business goals
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, data analysts and others across the company to influence product strategy and shape our approach to product development
  • Champion human-centered design thinking and advocate for the customer through principles including accessibility and inclusive design
  • Utilize a full range of product design skills including UX, information architecture, and visual design
  • Create flows, clickable prototypes, and other artifacts to help visualize and/or user test concepts
  • Monitor customer feedback and partner with customer and design services teams to identify opportunities, understand customer sentiment, and ground design decisions
  • Communicate design decisions openly and confidently with willingness to receive and incorporate feedback
  • Maintain and advocate for our design system, ensuring usability, flexibility and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors and industry trends
  • Execute very well in a fast-paced, fluid environment

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading end-to-end design efforts
  • Adept at designing cohesive experiences (web, iOS, Android)
  • Track record of strong collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other partners across the business
  • Communication skills that inspire varied audiences
  • Examples of design solutions that drove material customer and business impact
  • Deep UX experience, along with strong visual design and information architecture skills
  • Lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping skills
  • Experience with UX research methodologies
  • Evidence of expressing a brand through the product experience
  • Experience in Figma and associated tools
  • Bonus: experience designing in code with technologies like HTML, Javascript, SASS/CSS, React
