Artifact Uprising is building a brand people recognize, trust, and choose because it stands for something and is shared with care. We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to help bring that brand into the world through thoughtful relationships, credible collaborations, and earned moments that reinforce its value.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and connection. You’ll shape how we work with ambassadors, creators, and partners to make beautiful storytelling possible, extending our story to new audiences in ways that feel natural, elevated, and worth sharing.

This is a hybrid role located in Denver, CO, reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own Artifact Uprising’s external partner ecosystem end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, creators, collaborators, and select brand partners.
  • Strengthen and evolve our ambassador program by refining partner curation, improving briefing, and building closer relationships that lead to higher-quality creative and more meaningful advocacy.
  • Under the guidance of the Brand Marketing Director, help shape how partnerships grow over time, identifying potential collaborators and establishing early relationships that set the foundation for future brand moments.
  • Steward partnerships from outreach through ongoing engagement, ensuring every interaction reflects our values, point of view, and standards for quality.
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison with our PR agency, helping drive ongoing communication, manage requests, and ensure partners are equipped with clear brand priorities and upcoming GTM moments.
  • Support brand storytelling within B2B partnerships as that channel scales, helping translate our voice and perspective into partner-facing narratives and experiences.
  • Partner with the Community Manager to monitor and strengthen brand reputation, contributing to thoughtful approaches around reviews, feedback, and trust-building.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Social, Creative, and Growth teams to ensure partner content is well briefed, relevant to activate across channels, and designed to travel.

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer or ambassador programs, or brand marketing, ideally within premium, design-led consumer brands.
  • Strong instinct for brand fit, taste, and cultural relevance, with an emphasis on quality over scale.
  • Experience managing external partners with consistency and professionalism.
  • Fluency working closely with PR agencies in support of brand storytelling and launch moments.
  • Ability to own both relationship-building and execution details, from briefing through follow-up.
  • Proven ownership of a defined workstream, driving progress over time.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Collaborative by nature, with experience working cross-functionally to align partners, creative, and business goals.
  • Experience using data and performance signals to evaluate programs, refine approach, and hold work accountable to clear KPIs.
  • Clear communicator who represents the brand well internally and externally.
  • Drawn to building brands through trust, storytelling, and advocacy rather than short-term amplification.

Impact in the first 6-12 months

  • Bring greater clarity and consistency to how Artifact Uprising works with external partners, raising the bar for relationship management and creative quality.
  • Strengthen the performance of the ambassador program through more targeted outreach, sharper briefs, and deeper ongoing partnerships.
  • Help shift earned media from campaign-driven moments toward more evergreen brand stories, supporting placements that reinforce Artifact’s authority, point of view, and relevance over time.
  • Improve how partner-created content moves across organic and paid channels, increasing engagement and extending the life and impact of what we create.
  • Establish scalable tools and frameworks that make ambassador partnerships and PR collaboration easier to manage, more aligned to GTM moments, and more effective as the brand grows.
