The Senior Data Scientist resolves the critical challenge of quantifying multi-channel marketing performance and establishing true causal return on investment across complex digital touchpoints. This role eliminates fragmentation in cross-platform marketing data by engineering reliable lakehouse ingestion pipelines to power advanced predictive models. By bridging the gap between sophisticated statistical methodologies and executive budget decisions, the position enables leadership to optimize media spend while eliminating manual reporting bottlenecks through generative AI automation.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), time-series forecasting, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models to directly guide executive budget allocation
  • Architect and execute rigorous incrementality frameworks, including matched-market and geo-holdout tests, to isolate true causal marketing ROI across all investment channels
  • Construct robust end-to-end data ingestion pipelines from external vendor APIs into Databricks Delta Lake architectures; establish a structured, single source of truth for all measurement data
  • Pioneer and integrate GenAI analysis agents utilizing Large Language Models to automate anomaly detection, streamline routine marketing reporting, and provide instant performance diagnostics
  • Translate complex statistical outputs into automated Tableau dashboards; train marketing and analytics stakeholders on self-service Databricks SQL to drive data-informed decision-making

Core Skills, Competencies, and Key Experiences (What you’ll bring)
  • Mastery in causal inference, advanced econometrics, incrementality testing, and statistical media optimization within marketing or AdTech domains
  • Advanced expertise in Python data science ecosystems and enterprise SQL for querying, modeling, and structuring massive, multi-source datasets
  • Deep proficiency across the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, including PySpark, Delta Lake architecture, MLflow, and cloud API integrations
  • AI application capabilities leveraging modern LLM and agentic frameworks, such as LangChain or Databricks MosaicML, to design automated analytics agents
  • Proven ability to translate highly technical data science findings into executive business strategy; foster adoption of self-service visualization platforms like Tableau across cross-functional teams

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in data science and advanced analytics, specifically within marketing, media measurement, or AdTech environments
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5+ years of experience with:
    • Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and complex SQL querying
    • Databricks Lakehouse Platform (Delta Lake, PySpark, MLflow)
    • Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and time-series forecasting
    • Tableau dashboard design and business intelligence reporting
