Beyond training delivery, you will partner with Operations, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics, Standards & Governance, and site-level teams to help lay the foundation for Riot's broader Operations Strategy.

  • Coaches and mentor’s trainers and learners by providing constructive feedback, reinforcing technical standards, and promoting consistent instructional practices across teams.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, safety, accountability, and operational readiness within data center operations.
  • Supports the development of technical career pathways and qualification programs that strengthen employee capabilities and prepare team members for increased operational responsibilities.

What you'll bring
