Job Description

Senior Cloud Project Manager

The Sr. Cloud Project Manager is responsible for managing complex customer-facing projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.


Your role:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex customer-facing projects, ensuring successful execution within established scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements. Drive project performance from initiation through closeout while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that include resource allocation, task prioritization, scheduling, budget oversight, and milestone tracking. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with financial and operational goals.
  • Serve as the primary customer and stakeholder liaison, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage customer expectations, resolve escalated issues, provide regular status updates, and align cross-functional teams with customer requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing project teams, overseeing talent selection, performance management, career development, employee engagement, and compensation processes. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring effective day-to-day operational management.
  • Partner closely with technical, clinical, and operational teams to oversee the integration, installation, and delivery of products, services, and solutions at customer sites. Ensure all technical, regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are met while driving process improvements, capturing lessons learned, and implementing best practices to enhance future project delivery and customer outcomes.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's degree OR Minimum 5 years of experience with Master's degree in areas such as Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Cloud product experience required. PACS experience required.
  • You have experience with regulatory compliance, change management, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, strategic planning, KPI management, budget management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
  • PMP strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 25%.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 

How we work together


We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The annual pay range for this position in AL,AZ, AR,CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IO, KS, KY, LS, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PN, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, USVI, VA, WV, WI and WY is $117,000 to $186,000.

The annual pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, NM, RI, is $123,000 to $195,000.

The annual pay range for this position in CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA, DC, is $122,000 to $195,000.


In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 


At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
