BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst on the Operational Analytics & Insights team you'll be responsible for responsible for data administration for realtime speech as well as AI and cloud ecosystems as well as the formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives. This role designs and develops new systems by configuring new hardware or software, or uses existing systems in new ways to accomplish additional or different outcomes.
WHAT OUR SR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear business requirements for data analysis projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • The development of metrics, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to enhance data accessibility and usability
  • Extracting, engineering, and preparing data for in-depth analysis and model development
  • Analyzing complex business partners' operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes, functions, and systems
  • Providing in-depth technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Overseeing implementation, coordinating tests, and observing initiation of the system to validate performance
  • Negotiating agreements by facilitating communication between business units from initial requirements to final implementation

On a given day you'll be consulting with management and users to determine the needs of a system then conducting feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions to meet those needs. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Business Systems or IT related experience: 5 years or more
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, communication and stakeholder relationship skills; Proficiency in database management and data modeling; Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing; Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or SQL is essential; Extensive experience with analytical and statistical software; Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Abilities: Work cross-functionally to solve complex problems; Perform involved and independent research and analysis; Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information; Quickly identify business problems and provide solutions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: One or more scripting, analysis, or ETL languages and ability to rapidly learn new languages or techniques; Experience with large data sets and with the tools used to obtain, transform, and store data on Big Data and streaming services; Distributed computing tools such as Hadoop or Map/Reduce

The base pay for this position generally is between
$78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
