We take our culture seriously — this is a place where good ideas are heard, your voice matters, and people love what they do.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Account Director to join our growing sales team. This is a hunter role for a seasoned healthcare IT services seller who brings existing relationships with provider-side decision makers, a track record of meeting and exceeding quota, and the strategic creativity to uncover and close new opportunities across our expanding service lines — advisory and delivery, workforce solutions, data services, and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a book of business in the healthcare IT services space, with a quota of at least $5M annually.
- Leverage existing relationships with provider-side decision makers to generate pipeline and accelerate new business.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across Quoris service lines including EHR advisory, workforce solutions, data services, and AI.
- Partner with marketing and internal delivery teams to develop targeted campaigns and position Quoris competitively.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Quoris at industry events and in client-facing settings with professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven track record carrying and exceeding a quota of at least $5M annually in healthcare IT services sales.
- Existing relationships with decision makers in the provider space that can be leveraged from day one.
- Experience selling services related to EHR, AI, and/or cloud in the healthcare market.
- Strategic and creative thinker who can identify opportunities others miss and build a path to close.
- Dynamic, innovative mindset with the energy to thrive in a growing, independent firm.
- Comfortable working in Salesforce CRM; familiarity with ZoomInfo and HubSpot a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A proven closer who brings their own relationships and knows how to open doors in the provider market.
- Strategic enough to see the big picture and hands-on enough to do the work.
- Energized by a growing company where their contributions are visible and their ideas are heard.
- Aligned with Quoris values: humility, grit, curiosity, generosity, and ownership.
- Ready to represent a women-led, independent firm that is deeply embedded in healthcare IT and not slowing down.
Quoris offers competitive base salary plus variable compensation on bookings, a strong marketing team dedicated to lead generation and brand support, and AI-powered tools built into daily work.
