• Advise government personnel and delivery partners on Agile adoption, process standardization, and digital transformation best practices in a federal environment
• Ensure team activities remain aligned with the program’s mission to deliver scalable, sustainable, and impactful digital solutions for Veterans

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale digital transformation efforts, preferably within federal or highly regulated environments
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience removing impediments in complex, fast-paced programs
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal civilian agencies
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and working within an Agile Release Train (ART)
• Experience working in Public Trust or federal security environments
• Hands-on experience with Agile and project tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, or Git-based repositories

• The Opportunity to support high-visibility federal missions
• A culture that values innovation, growth, and collaboration
• Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies
• Comprehensive benefits for you and your family
• A career path that rewards ambition and performance

If you’re ready to push boundaries, sharpen your skills, and join a team that is passionate about building what’s next, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and let’s build a future together!
