  • Ensure documentation is delivered alongside features

Delivery Insights & Optimization

  • Build dashboards to monitor delivery health and trends

  • Ensure sustainable workload distribution

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Scrum Master, agile delivery, or program management roles

  • Strong analytical and process optimization mindset

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise software or regulated environments

  • Familiarity with AI or platform-based product ecosystems

  • Experience with delivery metrics and sprint analytics

  • Knowledge of software release and deployment cycles

Scrum or project certifications are helpful but not required.
