Job Description:
Position: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Washington DC
Mode: 4 days onsite per week
Role Summary
The Salesforce Solution Architect designs scalable, secure, and business-aligned Salesforce solutions. This role translates business needs into clear technical designs across data, automation, security, integrations, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and platform standards.
- Translate requirements into scalable solution designs and technical guidance.
- Define data models, security, automation, and integration approaches.
- Recommend when to use declarative tools versus custom development.
- Support delivery teams with design reviews, documentation, and implementation guidance.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge: data model, security, automation, and configuration.
- Experience with Flow and declarative solution design.
- Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and platform limits.
- Strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with scalable data modeling and solution governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect-related certifications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce best practices.
