Serve as a Business Analyst for a Medicaid modernization implementation. Translate legacy MMIS claims, member, finance, and Medicaid policy requirements into CMdS functional designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test traceability. Partners with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements, develop technical designs, evaluate existing systems, recommend improvements, and oversee integrations. Ensures PeopleSoft environments meet scalability, security, performance, compliance, and business-alignment objectives.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports complex Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party systems. Builds file-, API-, and middleware-based integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, web services, and Core Connectors. Troubleshoots integration failures, performs root cause analysis, implements security and compliance controls, and partners with business and technical stakeholders throughout requirements, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Administer and enhance Salesforce for Corpay’s Vehicle Payments division. Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, design scalable point-and-click configurations, support change management, maintain governance, and improve Salesforce digital experience sites, communities, and portals.

Leads API and UI automation testing by designing Playwright frameworks, building REST test suites, and validating backend functionality with Python. Integrates regression testing through Selenium Grid and Jenkins, reviews AI-generated automation scripts, creates Devin Playbooks, and supports test strategy, defect resolution, sprint activities, and SDLC quality. Mentors junior automation engineers in traditional and AI-assisted quality engineering practices.

Owns the architecture and technical roadmap for the Ping Identity platform. Designs enterprise SSO, MFA, identity governance, application integrations, RBAC and ABAC frameworks, lifecycle management, and cloud or hybrid deployments. Leads migration and multi-region availability strategies while producing architecture designs, solution blueprints, integration standards, and audit-ready runbooks.

Develop enterprise software solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, .NET, React.js, Azure services, and relational databases. Work within Agile, Scrum, and SAFe teams, participating in PI Planning, iteration planning, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt events. Strong Power Apps canvas expertise is essential, alongside Power Automate, Azure DevOps, SQL, and low-code/no-code development. SharePoint experience is preferred, while AI-assisted development using Copilot or Vibe coding is a plus.

Build retrieval-augmented generation systems and engineer AI context using Azure AI Search and Cosmos DB vector search. Integrate a parts agent with an existing manuals agent and develop hands-on generative AI platform capabilities.

Leads end-to-end technology delivery for fraud-related client projects and initiatives. Coordinates internal teams, service providers, vendors, stakeholders, and engineering groups; manages risks, issues, metrics, integrations, and system enhancements. Guides technical trade-off decisions while balancing business objectives, platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability. Analyzes complex application-support problems, recommends solutions, and provides technical oversight across the fraud book of work.

Build and maintain ETL and data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and AWS services. Orchestrate workflows, develop event-driven integrations, optimize data storage and queries, process API and JSON data, and implement data quality monitoring. Apply prompt and context engineering, memory management, observability, governance, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and participate in Agile development, code reviews, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.

Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture, development, integration, governance, and delivery. Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, customer portals, quote-to-cash, contracts, and customer lifecycle processes. Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, reports, and dashboards. Partner with executives and business stakeholders, lead workshops, mentor Salesforce teams, oversee Agile delivery, manage releases and support, and establish technical standards and best practices.

Lead small and medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger programs for financial-services transformation initiatives. Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and project communications; coordinate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, clients, and systems teams; track open issues; prepare status reports; and drive timely resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct user research and usability studies, then design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes within Salesforce. Apply Salesforce Lightning Design System standards, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, test designs, optimize workflows and dashboards, and ensure accessible, responsive, user-friendly experiences.
