Job Description:

  • The person in this role will be responsible for synthesizing and translating our data from all Neptune product lines into actionable insights, managing increasingly complex and time-sensitive reporting requirements from high opportunity growth clients such as: Coke, Tim Hortons, Beiersdorf, Henkel, and Mars Pet
  • The position bridges operations, sales enablement, and retail strategy by owning recurring and ad-hoc analysis for clients within our region, and enhancing internal and external reporting processes.
  • They would be a higher-level resource who can prioritize both strategic planning and operational excellence to meet the needs of clients

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage reporting and in-depth analysis for recurring + ad-hoc reports relevant to client programs and reselling opportunities
    • Examples: Post Promotional Reporting, Monthly Digital Incentives deep dive reporting: pacing/forecasting, in-store volume by period, revenue gaps in the region
  • Become an expert in our systems and build reporting dashboards with deep, relevant trend analysis to identify pipeline trends, track performance, and surface opportunities for upsell and growth that enable the Region lead to take action and drive relevant change at our clients
  • Translate complex datasets into concise visualizations and stories that connect data to client business outcomes.
