Define the Data Foundation: Champion the development of highly scalable, accurate, and tailored databases that will serve as the indispensable source of truth for all critical post-sales data across the organization.
Lead Strategic Deep Dives: Ideate, lead, and execute rigorous analysis and deep dives (in collaboration with cross-functional partners) into the highest-priority strategic topics, such as identifying the ultimate drivers behind quarter-over-quarter churn trends across different markets.
Elevate Team Performance: Lead a global team dedicated to delivering high-quality, scalable reporting, critical insights, and process improvement initiatives with an extraordinary emphasis on quality and future-proofing.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with Business Technology (BizTech), FP&A, Post-Sales Leaders, and the broader RevOps teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
Influence Executive Decision Making: Prepare and present compelling insights, status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisive action and strategic shifts.
What you'll bring:
A minimum of 6+ years of progressive work experience, ideally combining roles at high-growth technology companies and/or top-tier management consulting.
Demonstrated functional experience in operations, business operations, or strategy within the SaaS space is highly preferred.
Expertise in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g., customer research, advanced data analysis, customer segmentation strategies), including proficiency with advanced analytical tools and/or AI.
Proven ability to navigate extreme system and data complexity, and to construct cohesive, long-term strategies for building scalable analytical tools and processes.
A powerful ability to distill the most complex issues into clear, concrete action plans; manage flawless execution; and consistently drive significant business results.
A natural capacity to be energized by ambiguity and dynamic working environments that provide diverse experiences and constant opportunities to tackle new challenges.
